We charge 15–18% of net monthly revenue — below the 25–40% industry standard. Setup fee depends on property readiness (photography, styling, smart hardware, listings). If your property earns nothing, we charge nothing.
No. You approve all pricing strategy changes and can block any dates through your owner portal at any time. You own the property and the booking calendar.
Smart monitoring catches most issues before they escalate. For anything significant, you are notified immediately. All major platforms we work with — including Airbnb and Booking.com — carry host protection programmes that cover property damage. We also ensure every listing is backed by the strongest available coverage for that platform.
Typically one week from the setup visit to listing live on Airbnb. First bookings usually arrive within 14 days.
